The Wetlands
A couple helpful death knights and shamans helped us cross the sea between Lordaeron and the Wetlands. The back of the Stromgarde keep can be seen on the cliffs here.
We stopped at what is fabled to be Ironbeard’s Tomb in the Wetlands. Our expedition leader explained how the numerous slimes in the area might be due to old dwarven magic gone wrong.
We approached the pass up into Loch Modan. One can just barely make out the broken Stonewrought Dam in the distance, now destroyed thanks to Deathwing.
Up the tunnels we went. The guards only gave our Horde companions a little bit of trouble.
One last look down at the floods caused by the breaking of the Stonewrought Dam.
