This debate went on for several weeks. Though I had at first considered putting in a shot of Sortiara standing atop one of the buildings in the scenery, the comic turned out to flow better this way around.
The boss featured in the 5th panel is High Tinker Mekkatorque as featured in the Battle of Dazar’alor raid in World of Warcraft. The globe in the last panel superficially represents Azeroth. Perhaps the red planet is then Draenor, but my raid members more frequently call it Mars.
